We are not only wire harness manufacturer, but also an ODM company. Our vantage is to offer quick solutions and professional services with engineering team who contain professional knowledge with PMP certification for project management, quick prototype samples and delivery with integral manufacturing link, high quality ensured by advanced quality management system ISO9001 & IATF16949, Currently, the company total area covers over 12,000m 2, where more than 8,500 m2 is for production, with employees more than 350 people, hundreds of equipment for cutting, crimping, soldering, molding, packing and testing etc. We bring in scientific project management methods to charge new project which combine IATF 16949 quality management, American project management PMBOK Guide and IPC 620 standard, etc. We are not only able to design 3D & 2D parts, but also good at risk analysis using FEA software to help engineering solution, and experience team member cooperation during the APQP stage or planning. All the process and control are followed by IPC620 standard during monitoring, so that we are able to submit complete and appropriate PPAP documents with data or record.Customer satisfaction is always the top priority, within 72 hours to respond.
